DAY 1
Arrive in Tanzania
On arrival at Julius Nyerere International Airport, you will meet your Green Planet Safaris representative who will transfer you to your Hotel for overnight before heading to Southern Tanzania Safari.
Overnight at Hotel Blue Sapphire – Meals Dinner and Breakfast.
DAY 2 - 4
After breakfast, we’ll pick you up at 09:00 and transfer you to the airport for your flight to experience Southern Tanzania Safari in Nyerere National Park. Upon arrival, enjoy a guided game drive before checking in and unwinding with drinks by the campfire.
Overnight at Rufiji River Camp – Meals Breakfast, Picnic Lunch and Dinner.
DAY 5 - 7
Fly to Ruaha National Park for a full-day game drive along the river. Explore rocky kopjes, open plains, and riverbanks teeming with wildlife, including lions, cheetahs, elephants, and rare Sable Antelope. The park’s diverse birdlife and hippos add to the adventure in this Southern Tanzania Safari package.
Overnight at Ruaha River Lodge – Meals Breakfast, Picnic Lunch and Dinner.
DAY 8 - 9
After breakfast, enjoy a final game drive through Ruaha, then head to the airstrip for your 13:15 flight to the Swahili Coast. Upon arrival, a Lazy Lagoon Island Lodge representative will transfer you by boat to the lodge for cocktails and dinner continue with your adventure in southern Tanzania safari.
Overnight at Lagoon Island Lodge – Meals Breakfast, Picnic Lunch and Dinner.
DAY 10
Dar es Salaam
The end of your southern Tanzania Safari adventure, Depending on the departure time of your international flight, a boat and car will be ready for your transfer from the Island to Julius Nyerere International Airport. Depends with your we can have an option for Day use room
