DAY 1
Arrive in Tanzania
On arrival at Julius Nyerere International Airport, you will meet your Green Planet Safaris representative who will transfer you to your Hotel for overnight.
Overnight at hotel blue sapphire – Meals Dinner and Breakfast.
DAY 2
Mahale National Park
Depart from your hotel to Julius Nyerere International Airport and fly with Air Tanzania to Kigoma Airport. Upon arrival, Green Planet Safaris’ representative will transfer you to the dock, where you’ll board a boat to Mahale National Park.
Overnight at Mbali Mbali Mahale Lodge – Meals Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
DAY 3
Mahale National Park
Embark on a thrilling morning chimpanzee trek through Mahale’s lush forest. In the afternoon, unwind with a scenic visit to breathtaking waterfalls, surrounded by pristine nature.
Overnight at Mbali Mbali Gombe Lodge – Meals Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
DAY 4
Mahale National Park
Enjoy an exhilarating morning trek through Mahale’s rainforest to observe wild chimpanzees, then unwind in the afternoon with an exciting sport fishing adventure on Lake Tanganyika.
Overnight at Mbali Mbali Gombe Lodge – Meals Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
DAY 5
Dar es Salaam
Transfer to Kigoma Airport for your Air Tanzania flight to Julius Nyerere International Airport, arriving by late morning.
Depending on your international flight, we’ll arrange an extra day room at Blue Hotel or facilitate a smooth transit for your return home.
